Subscriptions

In our store, you have the option to sign up for a subscription for dog and cat products - with this option , you can set how often you would like to receive a product at home, without having to always place an order yourself. 

Your subscription will automatically tell us which product you want to receive and when, and we will deliver it to you, and payment will automatically be made using your chosen payment method on the same day as the original order was placed.

This way, you can completely worry-free about products for your pets, because you will never forget to buy them!

Not only that - when you sign up for a subscription, you get a 5% discount on your ordered products. If your subscription lasts at least 5 months, this discount increases to 10%!*

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions automatically renew based on the selected delivery interval, and we automatically deliver products after each successful renewal.

For example, if you have started a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card on the same day of the month each month and you will receive the products at your home each month without having to place an order yourself!

Don't worry - you can set the delivery date (and consequently payment) in your profile.

Can I stop or cancel my subscription?

Yes, of course. You can stop or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal.
You can access the customer portal via the link provided in the email you received when you submitted a subscription request in-store. You can also access your subscriptions by creating an account in-store (in your profile on the website).

You can pause your subscription - for example, for a month if you don't need new products yet, or you can cancel it completely without any costs.


How can I skip or reschedule a billing?

You can skip or reschedule your charge to another time and day in the customer portal. There is a "Skip Payment" button next to each scheduled delivery.

You can reschedule your billing by clicking the "Reschedule to another date" button next to the delivery date.

This way you can change the payment time and delivery time. Delivery will be made the day after payment is received.


Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal.

Click the "Edit" button on the products you have in your subscription and edit, remove, or add products to your subscription.

You can add products as a one-time purchase (for example, if you want us to deliver something else next month in addition to your regular subscription products that you happen to need), or you can add another product to your subscription and it will be delivered monthly from then on.


What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If your subscription cannot be renewed because your payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can securely update your payment method.
