What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship your order no later than the next business day. We cooperate with the delivery services GLS and Pošta Slovenije, which deliver shipments within 1-3 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once your package has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a notification containing the package tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed and I still haven't received my order?

What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
If you receive damaged goods, please take a photo of them and send them to us by email at vracila@forapet.si, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Can I return the product and get a refund?
Of course! We have an easy 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a refund. If you would like to return the product, you can write to us at vracila@ forapet.si or via the Contact Us page . The refund will be automatically processed as soon as the product is returned to our warehouse.
