What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship your order no later than the next business day. We cooperate with the delivery services GLS and Pošta Slovenije, which deliver shipments within 1-3 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once your package has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a notification containing the package tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

We are FORAPET. Our mission is to be an animal and environmentally friendly company. We particularly emphasize the importance of sustainable and organic production and homemade and handmade products, which is why we give these products a special place. We cooperate with numerous Slovenian manufacturers.
What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed and I still haven't received my order?
Please let us know your order number as soon as possible so that we can check and expedite the delivery process. You can write to us at info@forapet.si or via the Contact Us page.
What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
If you receive damaged goods, please take a photo of them and send them to us by email at vracila@forapet.si, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Can I return the product and get a refund?
Of course! We have an easy 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a refund. If you would like to return the product, you can write to us at vracila@ forapet.si or via the Contact Us page . The refund will be automatically processed as soon as the product is returned to our warehouse.
